Oct. 1953       Founded Taihei RF Laboratory, Osaka, Japan

Oct. 1964       Opened Tokyo Sales Office

Apr. 1965       Opened Nagoya Sales Office

Mar. 1966       Built New Headquarter Facility

Dec. 1968       Renamed as Pearl Kogyo Co., Ltd.

Oct. 1997        Established Pearl & Okaya, Inc. in Lexington, KY

July 2002        Established Pearl Kogyo USA Inc., in San Jose, CA
